Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You add services, prices, stylists, and opening hours. Customers use a booking page in the browser. There is no app to install and no server for you to manage.
How quickly can I set up Apptzy?
A salon is ready once services, staff, and hours are in. That is a list, not a technical project. This website does not create the salon by itself — send your details and Apptzy opens it.
Can customers book from their phones?
Yes. The booking page is built for a phone. A customer chooses a service, a stylist or any available stylist, and a time that is actually open.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. They book in the browser, including from a link you share on WhatsApp or Instagram.
Can I manage walk-in customers?
Yes. Add a walk-in from the bookings screen. Walk-ins use the same stylist availability as online bookings, so a chair is not offered twice.
Can I manage more than one stylist?
Yes. Each stylist has services they perform, working hours, leave, and blocked time. Customers can pick a stylist or take the first person who is free.
Can I create packages?
Yes. A package bundles services, such as a haircut, beard, and facial, at one price. A start time is offered only when the whole visit can be placed.
Can I manage online bookings and salon bookings together?
Yes. Online appointments and walk-ins sit on the same schedule, with the same hours and the same staff.
Can customers pay online?
Yes, when you connect Razorpay on your salon account. Customers can also pay at the salon. Booking payments stay on the salon's payment account.
Can I change services later?
Yes. Prices, durations, style options, and packages can be edited. Customers only see what is currently bookable.
Is the booking page mobile friendly?
Yes. Customers browse and book on a phone. The salon desk is designed for a larger screen.
How does the price work?
The published price is a monthly subscription for the salon. New salons can begin on a trial before billing. This website does not take payment. There is no checkout here.
Can I stop later?
Yes. Contact Apptzy if you want the subscription closed. This marketing site does not charge you, so there is nothing to cancel on this page.
